UNRWA ought to be dissolved and its services taken over by the UN High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) which serves all other refugees, worldwide. In doing so, UNHCR will provide services based on its, i.e. UN's, definition of who is a refugee. The result then will be the reduction of "Palestinian refugees" form 5.5. millions to less than 20,000!!
