1. On convertong places of worship into cafes and bars
Khalid Amayreh ,   Jerusalem   (02.10.18)
Israel did this long before Slovakia. The Israeli authorities converted many mosques into bars, cafes and even dens of ill-repute. See for example the old mosque in Beir Shiva. You can not expect the world to identify with you when you treat other peoples (non-Jews) with utter disrespect and indifference,

The Synagoga cafe in Trnava is in the former Orthodox synagogue that long stood abandoned. The Status Quo synagogue across the street, left a ruined shell after WW2, was converted into an art gallery in the 1990s, in a way that preserved evidence of its devastation. It was further restored a couple of years ago. You can read more about both synagogues -- and many other restorations and conversions -- on the web site I direct, Jewish Heritage Europe. Here's the link to one of the articles on Trnava http://jewish-heritage-europe.eu/2016/04/28/slovakia-current-uses-of-synagogues-with-a-focus-on-trnava

Best Seats.

You know the way members have to do in regular synagogues during religious holidays? In the Synagogue Cafe he could sit wherever he wanted and not worry about being tossed out of some pious bankster's paid for seats in the front of the joint.

5. In Europe unused churches are transformed into whatever

comes into minds of the local authorities: cafes, galleries....
So what?
This one is restored & looking great.
There's no "holy spirit" residing in the walls (as far as I know) :-))
FYI: there is NO Imaginary Spirit/Stalin in the Sky either, but that's another topic!

Khalid Amayreh ,   Jerusalem   (02.15.18)
You are making an issue out of nothing. A mosque or church or synagogue, once abandoned is no longer a religious place. As to synagogues in neighboring Arab countries, Israel and other Zionist circles had urged Jews to leave in order to immigrate t0o Israel-Palestine to fulfil Zionism. This is not the same with the Palestinians whose homes were destroyed, villages bulldozed, children massacred and who subsequently were expelled and dispersed around the world.
9. Islam and Christianity are universal, Judaism is not
Khalid Amayreh ,   Jerusalem   (02.15.18)
Judaism is almost ethnic, parochial, and lacks universality. Talmudic Judaism is racist.
10. Jews in Arab countries were occasionally bombed into leaving
Khalid Amayreh ,   Jerusalem   (02.15.18)
Ask Naim Gilaadi, the Iraqi Jews. The claim that Arab Jews were expelled is meant to mitigate the Zionist-Jewish guilt over the Nakba, the expulsion and ethnic cleansing o9f Palestine at the hands of Jews.
