This new law against Jewish slaughter should be viewed as religious coercion by the government , and should be challenged in the Supreme Court has a violation of individual rights. The Law has redefined "humane" based on the parliament's faith and belief, since they believe that causing any pain to animals is inhumane, and is a moral question not subject to science. The jewish faith is based on Torah, where definition of "humane" doesn't preclude kosher slaughter. Therefore, its the parliament's faith being imposed on the individual, who has a right to be free of religious persecution. Therefore the law should be scrapped as unconstitutional .
