Bolivian ambassador should learn more about the so called Palestinians and why are they "suffering" at the eyes of the rest of the world. Palestinians had the Land in the beginning. They rejected it. They preferred confrontation instead of culture and progress. They could have been as a rich country as Israel is if they just took what was given to them at that moment and invested in their own people instead of creating immensely rich leaders and miserable poor citizens with no culture. But that was what their leaders needed. Intelligent people are of no use to their "cause".
