If Hamas forces mass protests to breach the fence I propose the following
A- Use that non lethal skunk spray
B- If breached the IDF is shoot solely at lower limbs
C- As last resort the IDF stops firing and local civilians shoot to kill. Just like the 2nd Amendment allows for protection of one home and property.

My reccomenadations:
A. Spraying the attackers with the non-lethal skunk spray
B. IDF firing at lower extremities only
C. If the fence is breached the IDF lowers their weapons but sprays tear gas
D. Israeli CIVILIANS use their weapons to "shoot to kill" as allowed to protect their lives and property from invaders.
