That sounds great considering when he made it to Israel he had to actually pay that amount instead of receiving it. He had to risk his life to get there, he didn't speak the language or knew anything about the country or anyone.
He should be feeling great in a country where blacks are a majority as they keep on saying how horrible Jews treated and mistreated them for being black. Here he should be able to blend in just fine among his own people without falsely fearing mistreatment for being black. And he made it there in a fancy plane courtesy of the Jews.
