3. Most marriages are adulterous to haShem, sadly.
Rivkah/Rebecca   (03.11.18)
If the divorce or breaking of a betrothal are not on Scriptural grounds, remarriage for the guilty party is adulterous until after the death of the first spouse or first betrothal partner. Perhaps it is better to have common law marriages than to pretend a remarriage is not adulterous when the required Scriptural grounds for ending a marriage are not there. Adultery pollutes the land as does baby killing and homosexuality and sexual perversions, but so does fornication (common law marriages). Why can't people become eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake? Males and females should put Rogaine on their scalp daily to do that: become eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake so that they can bless the land instead of pollute it if they cannot remarry. What is wrong with not having sex? Saul of Tarsus said it is better not to marry if one can avoid sexual passion. Rogaine enables one to avoid or control passion as does a vegetarian diet.

No infringe of any Halachaic is allowed, enough with those group that refuse to comply to Torah and instead to accommodate the Torah to their needs ,

6. Orthodox are killing Marriage
Tova   (03.11.18)
Who are they to judge who is Jewish or not just because they are not religious enough according to orthodox standards.

The orthodox has evicted Jewish people who would marry according to the Torah in synagogue. However the Orthodox rabbi(s) have made it impossible for true Jews to married.

These orthodox cannot defy GOD in thinking they can judge and decide.

The responsibility of the rabbi is to marry the couple. Not judge their jewishness.
7. about time
shilgia   (03.11.18)
It's about time something will change. Why do they connect everything to the religion? If I wish to have a religious ceremony, I should be able to have one- be it Jewish, Christian, Muslim or whatever. BUT there has to be another way like in other countries. I am a non-Jew married to a non-religious Jew. We had to get married in Europe- funny thing is that the marriage is recognized in Israel although we could not get married here. Our kids are not Jewish according to law but were born here, will serve in the army etc- but still could not get married in their homeland if the law will persist... It's ridiculous!

11. Civil Marriage
(03.21.18)
No mention of civil marriage between Cohens and divorcees. As an older couple in our late 50's we were forced to get married in a civil ceremony abroad. Sad as we so wanted to have Jewish elements in our service.
