As a Jew who eats Matza at Passover and sometimes during the year I can relate to these people’s complaints. The religious Jews rent out spaces on Montreal before Passover in order to bake those special matzas. For them the Streits and other matzah from Israel is not good enough. Even when the Jews left Egypt the matza was not made the way the ultra religious are doing now. The smoke from those ovens really is terrible.
