The Palestinians won't accept a Jewish majority state. In their every scenario Israel and the West Bank are Muslim ruled. They reject 2 states for 2 peoples. They want things Muslim ruled as during the time of the Ottoman empire. They come out with excuses like Israeli oppression or apartheid or settlements or violence to cover up their rejection of a Jewish majority state.They will accept a Jewish Israel only as a short term truce between acquiring the West Bank with Jerusalem and acquiring Israel proper.

one man-one vote is the solution. And Jewish state can be established in America where Jews control the US government.

perhaps something is wrong with the law as it is. the court onlyallows the idf to the terrorists floor but not the floors of his family who aided and abetted him in the killing of israelis. the public good should outweigh technical arguments.

for israel to exist, it has to have some deterrent ability. the court time and again impedes its deterrence. the laws likely have to be changes so that judges cannot use technical arguments to block entire destruction of homes.
