Julius ,   Baltimore, USA   (03.25.18)
I'm as pleased as punch he's in there.
3. ISRAEL IS AFRAID OF ATTACKING IRAN
CAPTAIN OBVIOUS ,   SAFED OBVIOUS   (03.25.18)
Israel is nervous of preemtvely striking Iran ,and for good reason .Iran can do a lot of damage ,at least potentially. This aint a " walk in the park" for Israel. And Bolton ,with all due respect ,is just a big mouth.
4. Bolton and Iran
Benjamin   (03.25.18)
Sounds as if Israel's versions of Chamberlain have been identified. By the time all diplomatic options are exhausted Israel will be toast. Literally..In the plus column at least there will be no left to carp about Iran.
5. ISRAEL ATTACKING IRAN
CAPTAIN OBVIOUS ,   SAFED OBVIOUS   (03.25.18)
With all due respect ,Israel should attack Iran only if it feels it wants to and needs to ,rather than to please John Bolton who ,I am sure, will be far away from any danger when things get rough.I doubt that Bolton will be at risk ,which is not what could be said for millions of israelis.
6. Bolton Is A Dangerous Man
World Citizen ,   the world   (03.25.18)
Not to just Iran but to Israel and the whole world in general. He is a man who thinks the only solution to every problem is war. The whole Middle East is a power keg that could easily explode into a nuclear war that will kill us all. In your heart of hearts you don't want this. Neither does any other sane person. Hopefully saner heads in the US government will tame Bolton's idiotic impulses.
7. Easy For Julius To Say. He Doesn't Live In Israel
World Citizen ,   the world   (03.25.18)
He's a diehard Zionist but he won't move to Israel. He wouldn't be able to match his salary. He wouldn't like the housing situation. And most of all he wouldn't be safe.
8. All diplomatic options have been exhausted long ago,
Steve Benassi ,   Minneapolis USA   (03.25.18)
now it is only extending agony and the upcoming war will be much worse
9. IRAN IS NOT THE PROBLEM
TEL EM STRAIGHT ,   SAFED HONESTY   (03.25.18)
Israels' biggest danger in 2018 is not iranian nuclear weapons ,but the possibility that a haredi man might sit next to a woman on public transport...
10. FOR ALL THE TEA IN CHINA
CONFUCIUS ,   SAFED CHINA   (03.25.18)
It is ,without doubt ,the hardest job in the world to be in prime minister Netanyahus' shoes and to have such huge responsibilities which he handles amazingly well ,and which israelis take for granted. I would not wish to be in such a position of heavy responsibility, facing life and death decisions ,for all the tea in china.....
11. So funny watching these wannabe "statesmen" a la Mofaz
(03.25.18)
declare lofty thoughts about "diplomatic options" & shit....
Get the fu..k out!
12. Bolton is unbalanced
Mark Jackobson ,   Tulsa, Oklahoma   (03.25.18)
He is a jingo-wingo, he is dangerous. Israel should keep a distance from this man. He could get Israel involved in an unwanted and disastrous war.
13. lets examine all of these generals
areieh   (03.25.18)
it is necessary to examine all of these generals' records before evaluating their opinions.

halutz was a chief of staff flop, with little understanding of what it would take to win. winograd severely criticized him. gantz was passive in the gaza war, leading from behind even before the tunnels were hit only because bennett was singular in his drive to root out tunnels. bibi was also asleep since he was never really a warrior.

mofaz was game, but sloppy. that idf was not prepared properly before the hezbollah war has something to do with mofaz's sloppy lead.\

now we come to yaalon. he talked a very good game. he hit hezbollah arms shipments more than barak did, appeared more game. so what happened in the gaza war. he like gantz gave a bandaid bibi performance leaving the situation much like it is today.i would never vote for him as dm again.

therefore, i wouldn't take any advice from these 4 gentlement on iran period.

israel may have to take action or may not. it depends what happens to the current deal, and to iran's behaviour in the area which has only gotten worse especially with putin returing to old soviet days.

galant was far superior to gantz, leierberman is hitting hezbollah harder than yaalon, mofaz was sloppy, and halutz was like zeira-you don't want to hear from him.

14. Chicken Hawk Bolten will fight to the last man last dollar
Steve Benassi ,   Duluth, Minnesota   (03.25.18)
...as long as he does not have to fight himself.

15. Hopefully Iran will be attacked in the near future....
Chris Rettenmoser ,   Bayerisch Gmain Germ   (03.25.18)
16. Big moustache is irrelevant a country
Tehraniporou   (03.25.18)
Doesn’t take a decision of such magnitude on one mans opinion. They broadcast in iran pictures and videos of sexy bar Zomer and shaked... people will queue to come to Tel Aviv... seriously the war is so costly and distributive that i don’t see it as a real option. The problem is that the urge is cognisant of that fact, in that light having a hawk gives some remote credence to the option. The future of of iran is not the bearded mollahs but a rather appetising bar zomer in a secular country... the regime with ahmadinejad and larijani is having its Thermidor. Stay tuned
17. Enemy of humankind, including Israel.
Sjoerd van der Velde ,   Hoorn Holland   (02.15.19)
The entire "islam" world-caliphate, including Iran is extreme and radical hostile, to the rest of our humankind, including Israel, since the beginning. We should first analyse the whole problem, before we can do something about it. Otherwise it is half work and a fake solution and the problem remains the same or becomes even worse. "islam has to be destroyed, as Italy, Germany and Japan, at the end of world war two, in 1945, in the interest of any country and our humankind.
