kahlon wants to maintain the high court rights so that democracy is assured-fair enough. one problem though-Israelis are being killed by the lenient rulings of the courts as regards destroying terrorist homes, arab and other infiltrators. they should know that Israeli deterrence and lives are being harmed by their judgments.

that is why Bennett is seeking an override clause to deal with infiltrators.

These illegals are destroying our country and our way of life! They need to be deported 15 years ago they should have been deported at the spot!

The leftist High Court poses a very real danger to Israel. It is an unelected leftist body that constantly imposes its undemocratic will against the Knesset and the vast majority of Israelis. Moreover, its will is almost always destructive to Israel and favorable to Israel's foes. The override clause is the first step to bring the High Court to heel. Much more needs to be done in this regard. The method of appointing High Court judges also needs to be changed to replace leftist judges with patriots.
