Somehow I don't think asking them to step away from the fence will work well. Maybe they just did not read the leaflets ? Maybe bullhorns will work ? What else can be tried ? The fence is obvious. Time to find a solution such as Egypt cedes land in Sinai to the Gazans and the oil rich Arab countries in harmony with Israel help to build a prosperous Gazan state with an airport and seaport, industry, agriculture and commerce. So, as far as democracy and respect for human lives are concerned, Israel is lightyears ahead of our barbarian Arab neighbors.

Explosives are and remain explosives. Explosives don't care if the Arab in question carrying the explosives is 15 years old or 90 years old.

Israel's policy should be loud and clear:

"If you approach the fence, we'll shoot to kill, regardless if you are adults or children. If you do not want to be shot, stay away from the fence. And if you do manage to cross the border into Israel, we'll shoot you on the spot inside Israel."
