'smoking gun' is not easy to come by as we know from the Syrian Nuclear program which was found by luck and from the Libyan which no one knew about. When the agreement was reached there was a certification that was required and which was provided by the independent body that Iran had no military nuclear operations. It is now clear they got it wrong. Since they got it wrong from the very start 1. The agreement was entered into under false information, 2. the independent body failed right from the start so why would you expect it get it right now. Basically, the agreement was entered to by the parties under false information and it was material information. Netanyahu showed that to be the case. It is not easy to get the information as one can imagine. Since the Iranians were in breach from day one, since the independent monitor has failed from day one since the agreement was entered under false assertions from day one - what else is required. Do you expect a video feed from the sites in realtime ?

Netanyahu failed in his presentation because he didn't connect the dots. What we hear as criticism is: so what? iran didn't tell the IAEA they had a program. But everybody knew they had a program and that why this agreement is so valuable. Silly nuttyyahoo, you just proved our point!

WHY did the JCPOA ask for a full accounting of past activities? So that all possible means of restarting a nuclear program could be accounted for and nullified.

WHY did Iran not provide the full accounting? Specifically so they could restart the program as soon as they wanted.

AND this is why the sunset clause is so dangerous. It allows Iran to work on non enrichment activities (specifically, long range missile delivery of nuclear weapons), achieve sanctions relief and economic benefits, and then, using the materials that they failed to declare at the outset of the JCPOA, restart enrichment.

Fruit has grown.... lies will grow again. The question is why dictate an agreement with red lines that shall be broken again? How do you erect harsh retribution together with strict observers in a short period of time a treaty is broken to arrest and sieze the infringement before evidence is removed? How do you impose a US base in Iran with a military license to defend the treaty from being infringed within a short period of time?

Salehi, the head of the Iranian Atomic Agency, has said recently that it would take just one week for Iran to enrich enough uranium to produce a nuclear bomb.
He also said in the last couple of days that Iran is now in a position to enrich uranium to higher levels than before the nuclear deal.
If true, the nuclear deal has not only failed to stop Iran's nuclear program, it has enabled Iran to get closer to realizing its ambitions of producing a nuclear weapon.
In other words, ignore Netanyahu's warnings at your own peril.
