Yo said: "'When you buy a house ... you cannot come back two years later and try to renegotiate the price". - In the selling price (two years ago) it was also written the condition in which the house was going to be used. YOU LIED. So the contract lost its validity!!! The whole contract has to be renegotiated again.

So the nuclear deal was to agree for Iran to freeze the building and research and development of Nuclear weapons in return for a loosening of sanctions and Iranian exports of oil

In return the US also released $150 BILLION of frozen assets for, to all intents and purposes to stimulate a shattered Iranian economy

INSTEAD
Iran has directly flouted the agreement by CONTINUING R&D into nuclear capable missiles and rather than use the huge cash bonanza for economic and social development has devoted these resources to finance the regimes ever more aggressive hegemonic ambitions in the region and beyond

When you add up the costs of financing Hezbollah, military aid and financing up to 80000 foreign fighters in Syria, Iraqi Shia Militias, Houthis, Hamas, MB, Polisario front etc is it any wonder that by almost any measure Iran is BANKRUPT?

In terms of the deal Iran HAS flouted the letter, the intent and the spirit of the agreement AND THEY KNOW IT. They THOUGHT they could get away with it.... BUT THE WHOLE WORLD HAS WISED UP
