As of Sunday, May 13, at 3:00 PM Eastern time, Netta Barzelai's song "Toy", the winner of Eurovision, is not listed in the iTunes store. If you search for "eurovision song contest list Lisbon 2018" you will find 86 songs listed, but not Netta.
Why isn't this winning song available in the Apple store?
