1. Osprey & F22 no helicopters yes

The Ospray is not something the IDF needs because it is a DEFENSE FORCE unlike the Americans who operate an OFFENSIVE military that fights wars all over the world whilst the IDF operates close to home so the V22 doesn't have any significant advantages for the IDF over heavy lift helicopters.
Better to buy more helicopters than the V22. As for the F22 its far superior to the F35 but the problem is Congress has not authorised its sale to any other country and are unlikely to sell it to Israel but more important is that Obama closed the F22 production line and they would be to expensive for Israel anyway considering they are over twice the price of the already very expensive F35.
2. options

The F-22 is out of production. I read Japan (may) be offered a hybrid F-22/F-35 derivative. This is probably a remote option and it will take years to develop and produce. They should consider some F-35B models with the VTOL capabilities. A single F-35B may be able to land on the largest Israeli warship, at sea. That option would be excellent. The F-35B can be dispersed anywhere and can fight if airbases are under missile attack. Yes, the B model is substantially more expensive - when compared to the A.
