Question remains what his concern is about?
Most probably about his own job, for no Gaza "suffering" no need for UN envoys.
It's because UN envoys like Mladenov and those before him, the $ millions of Western blood money for UNWRA that keep the Palestinian dictators in power and the people of Gaza suffering!
Start draining the poisonous UN/UNWRA swamp and throw out their envoys/helpers/workers......if you really want to help Palestinians in Gaza.
They are part of the problem, not the solution.
After 70 years this should finally be clear!

might is right. big boys do as they please and don't care. little guys get hit. but Israel does have might in the region so it listens and does what it has to do to survive. and..big boys really don't give a damn for Palestinians. on and on.
