1. Supermarket of Conversions
Rabbi Yosef Rodan ,   Los Angeles   (06.03.18)
Without the single authority of the Israel Rabbinate to authorize conversions, there will spring up a supermarket of conversion agencies, where the potential convert will go shopping. The result will be that the Jewish people will be split, where converts by alien conversion bodies and their offspring will not be accepted into the halachic Jewish people.. and will create spin offs.. such as happened with the Karaites, Shabbatians and Reform groups .... which will not benefit the Jewish future nor the converts themselves.. Foolish move indeed. ..

who alone provides. None of us mere dying humans can compare to He who is more than mere human.
4. Anti-Semitism is on the rise
Talula ,   Tel Aviv   (06.03.18)
Anybody who converted abroad and counts and is proud to count themselves as a Jew should be accepted and honoured with open arms. So, the overbearing army shirking Haraidim can go whistle!
5. The Endangered (Reform) Species
Howard K. ,   Jerusalem   (06.03.18)
are not satisfied that only their community (if you can even call it that) is in vanishing; they want the entire Jewish Nation to disappear along with them. Throughout our long history, all the non-Halachic groups/movements have split off from the body of the nation and have vanished from the Jewish world. If the "accomplishments" of the Reform and Conservative movements in the U.S. over the past 120 years or so are any indication, they are already in the throes of national extinction. The Torah-observant Jews don't need to do anything except wait. The passage of time.will continue to resolve this problem as all the non-Halachic movements continue to self-destruct.
6. Judaism outlived its purpose, therefore be happy.
Michael ,   California, USA   (06.03.18)
Judaism in practice has served only one purpose as long as it existed: to form an independent entity which will survive and thrive. This entity has existed for the past 70 years, namely, the State of Israel. Judaism remains what it always was, a religion, and it is shrinking. The Rabbanut Ha'roshit is as relevant as an ancient snow. There is no need for Judaism in practice, and luckily nobody is forcing independent people to be religious. Independent people will marry whoever they want and bring up happy followers in every way possible.

Go to your shul and be religious as much and as long as you want. I will not stay in your way to happiness and you must never stay in my way.
