If they refuse to follow instructions of flight attendants, they are a safety risk and should be required to leave the plane immediately, if they refuse to leave the plane they should be charged for any crimes they're committing by not following instructions and immediatelybe removed by any legal means necessary.

The simple solution:
Part 1: any man or women who requires to be seated with own sex neighbours will reserve an entire row of seats. This may require teaming up with similar minded traveling companions.

Part 2: any airline booking agent or airline company will require each passenger to sign an agreement to be seated as reserved or as instructed by the flight crew.

Many women I’ll bet majority would prefer to have the choices of separate seating with today’s alcohol culture extreme mini dress codes even many secular men feel uncomfortable..give passengers choices
