What an outrageous burden to place on already hard pressed Israeli taxpayers! All for the purpose of supporting the animals who are rocketing, maiming and murdering Jews every chance they get. Israel SO needs a peaceful patriotic revolution. Change must come! Invest in "Palestinian" departure. Not in making our mortal "Palestinian" foes more comfortable on our land.
