Provide free Medical Training and Education for MD's, Nurses, and Paras and let them perform Military or Civil Service for ten years. After which, they should be allowed to charge what the market will allow.
For now, pay MDs and Nurses what they could get in a free market economy.

Yes there is a doctors shortage, but that OCED report of a long life expectancy is all nonsense! Someone is getting paid money to turn out those false OCED reports! It‘s all designed to make Israelis feel comfortable about having inadequate health coverage and a poor quality of life!
