God is Omnipresent
1. God’s omnipresence will not be a blessing for those who have rejected Him. Sin separates us from God. "But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear." Isaiah 59:2

God is Omniscient

Thankfully, they were not strong quakes.
The USGS lists a 4.0 and a 4.7. Both are minor quakes.
Given the Rift that the Jordan River is in, it's surprising that major quakes don't happen more often, such as some of the major quakes recorded by the Romans.
(One of my degrees is in geology.)
