I think the people that really count in this country (and that's not the religious) have made their stand very clear on this issue. And that is the country is taking rights away from the LGBT community and it's despicable! Whether you are straight or gay, you have the right to have a family! Europe, North America and South America already went through these protests over the last 25 years. And gays in those countries were given equal rights (marriage, kids, discrimination, etc..). So we should just give them the rights and avoid these protests. Eventually they will get equality like in every other normal country.
