Too bad no one has considered the possibility that the SS-21 Scarabs failed or made ground impact before the IDF ABMs arrived to complete an interception.

Or perhaps the Scarabs were launched on Soleimani's directive to collect intelligence data on David's Sling combat readiness and capabilities?

And exactly where did the SS-21 Scarab's warheads finally make landfall in Syria?

If the rebels in the southwest of Syria have been militarily defeated, then who or what were the SS-21's targeted against?
