bibi is forever trying diplomatic ventures which lead to more terror and no results. Lieberman wants to hit hamas harder but bibi, the pacifist along the lines of herzog, will try any futile way to avoid the hard battles. Hamas will not agree to anything meaningful, abbas likewise and if given money and infrastructure help will be back to terror before you know it.
