It is truly a disgrace that Netanyahu and his 61 MKs were so superficial in their passing the law without going deeply into studying the subject and the consequences. They still relate to the Arab citizens as if they are 170,000 as they were in 1948. But the number is now 2,000,000 and that number requires careful handling, not attempts at repair work 2 days after the vote. But then Netanyahu is already pleased that he has something new with which to "beat" the left and for him that is a wonderful achievement. Really pleased with himself to continue to split the electorate.
