Scottish Gaelic is an official language in Scotland even though a little over 1% of the population speaks it. The Nationality Law says that the 20% of the population don't count. Israel needs to spend more effort to make all of its citizens part of the nation. In the US we used to say"United we Stand. Divided we Fall." This will definitely be true in Israel and it will be very sad to watch.

Arabic is is a far more developed language that our primitive Hebrew. Even Rambam wrote his Shulhan Aruch in Arabic
