appeal. So go to the US Supreme Court and get the decision overturned. California Courts are notoriously lawless and cruel. A Fresno Judge sent a school janitor to prison for three years for felony assault because he kissed an 8 year old on the cheek (face not butt). Another Central California Judge sent a 22 year old Mexican to prison for life for shooting at a building, not aiming at anyone or hitting anyone. That is Judge Kathryn Montejano who also sent a drunk driver who killed someone in an accident he caused to jail for a year when that deserved far more than that. Another Judge sent a fellow to prison for 680 years for molesting children (not raping, just touching inappropriately). So you see there is no justice in California Courts or very little justice. The Judges are deranged.
