Just cause Jews want to celebrate their national state doesn’t mean they have forgotten their friends
And celebrate we will

MR CYNIC ,   SAFED CYNIC HOUSE   (08.04.18)
Sacrifice is giving up your seat on the bus to an old lady.

all its citizens" (a thinly veiled recipe for ending Israel as a Jewish state) but a State of all the Jews in this wretched world.
Druze must chose, if that's their real problem.

8. reda the law before doing the eu hatred!
Daniel ,   TA - IL   (08.05.18)
Did anyone actually read the law... clearly the bds left and their eu funded leaders clearly did not. Nowhere does it state that this is solely the land of the jews. Maybe folls like diskin and others estorying our freedoms should stop singing hatikva - it states what the law states!
I am disgusted about the vile eu-funded hatred spread by the likes of tzipi livni, who do not care about equallity since they support a juedenrein palestine. How hypocrite and racist the leftists like ladort and diskin are. What goyim are allowed and is celebrated by the left is forbidden for jews. With jews like this, who need eu hatred!
9. The Nazi-like law should be consigned to the trassh basket
Shela Ramon ,   Tel Aviv   (08.05.18)

Gabi Amir ,   Tel Aviv   (08.05.18)
11. I read the law
a European ,   ,,,,   (08.05.18)
yes, as a European non-Hebrew-speaker I asked someone to translate it and give me all possible meanings of the words to understand the sentences. And I started to wonder how any politician could dare to reformulate something in a hurry and out of selfish interests, something that your founding fathers took probably a long time over to write down in your declaration of independence. Who do you think you are to tell me that I spread hate against Israel, you troll?
12. The law is a MINIMUM requirement, the enemies of the Jewish
Chris Rettenmoser ,   Bayerisch Gmain Germ   (08.05.18)
state CAN LEAVE....
13. Comparing Israel with other countries
Bertram ,   London, UK.   (08.05.18)
The problem is with defining Israel as the nation-state of the Jewish people in the same way as, say, France is defined as the nation-state of the French people. In the case of the latter it is possible to be French by nationality and Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, Muslim, etc. by religion. However, there is some difficulty in being Jewish by nationality and non-Jewish by religion. The obvious solution is to leave 'Jewish' out of the definition of Israel so that it is possible to be both Israeli by nationality and anything else by religion, . This need not result in Israel losing its Jewish character, culture or the Hebrew language. That will be the responsibility of future generations.
