1. Let civil unrest begin, it's about time and there're plenty
(08.07.18)
of other, even more pressuring issues galore.
One of them is breaking the monopoly of importing bodies, that causes us to overpay for the most basic, simple things!
2. Remember the somewhat naive slogan, "Suppose they gave a war
(08.07.18)
and nobody came"?
Suppose they make a law and nobody cares, or carries it out?
It is eminently doable.
Thank you Mayor!
3. Don't the poor deserve a day off with their children
mordechai   (08.07.18)
Why should the poor be forced to give up their one day off of work with their family to slave for the 1%
4. Israel=Zionist first & foremost,Jewish second.God irrelevant

Judaism is a religion of exceptions and exemptions. well practiced by those who want to impose their will on others but cannot tolerate other peoples interpretations of religious practice.
6. Why is Aryeh Deri, an ex-con, holding a government position?
Talula ,   Tel Aviv   (08.07.18)
This is the very first question that needs to be asked here - he was jailed for stealing - and now he's back in the government? Moreover, why does this crook, who was clearly missing from Yeshiva the day they discussed 'Thou shalt not Steal" have a say in what opens on shabbat? He is a nobody and a waste of space. And kudos to the Givatayim mayor - he needs to be supported by everyone who believes in freedom!
7. take religion out of it and look at the practicaly of this
zionist forever   (08.07.18)
Israel has a 6 day working week, just 1 day off a week for relaxation and family time, do we need a 7 day week because it starts with a few stores but then it expands as more companies see potential for extra profit.
Eventually you get a system where you apply for a job you will be asked if your willing to work Saturday if you say no then you don't get the job and this will pressure poorer families to do jobs which involve Saturday working. Exploitation so a handful of secular middle classes who would never dream of giving up their 1 day off can go shopping because its a convenient time to go.
