If you Israelis ever got into a real war against a modernly equipped army and air force you'd surrender after a week's worth of lost shop revenue. Not to mention you'd have your arses handed to you on a plate.

so Israel has a ceasefire going with Hamas except for Israeli land burning up and fence protests burning tires etc etc.this Israel accepts is dangerous to its sovereignty. eisencott should have been replaced by someone who would defend the land.

Lieberman's career is essentially over. netanyahu's conduct will remind Israelis of protective edge and won't be forgotten.

Israel as a country cannot survive with the kind of leadership it has over the last 20 years save for ariel sharon.

netanyahu should have admitted to himself at least that he was a very weak leader and stepped down for an economic portfolio. that he was in the idf while meritorious, was miscast. he has no soldier's instinct or curiosity-none overall, he builds fences, hides behind them, and only responds in a limited fashion to provocations. he should give the pm job to Bennett.

no amount of rationalization will make Israelis forget how bibi conducted this latest round with Hamas. his poll numbers will sink.

Netanyahu is a lucky bastard to have lasted so long, with economy-achievements as his goals, but total disregard for the less "fortunate", second class citizens of areas close to the Nazi/Jihad-warring Arabs of Gaza.
