The ministry of health instead of pumping clean water into rivers and streams, should start to vaccine animals from farms located in the north that are close to streams and rivers, or in proximity to wildlife. Vaccines for animals exist for certain type of Leptospira which may decrease the risk of spread to humans. Kids should be vaccine against meningitis.
