1. Leadership Needed
DSM ,   USA   (08.21.18)
Bibi would rather negotiate Israel's eventual demise rather than lead the country to new heights. Israel's center seems to really be far left while the country's right wing is really the center. Does Israel have a real right wing leader ready to do what is best for the country and it's citizens?
2. Who's this punk calling rightist views "hate"?! We know who
(08.21.18)
that is: it's always the leftist, red fascists, that swore allegiance to the red-rag who're calling any other world-view "hateful/backwards/regressive" so on.
Bloody Bolsheviks just don't die out!
3. Nothing Imbecile Barnea writes is worth a moment reading

4. A wasted thousand words
Disillusioned   (08.21.18)
Honestly, what a load of nothing. Articles that have no beginning, no middle and no end are such a waste of space.

What exactly is being said here? Nothing that has any form of conclusion whatsoever. So, Netanyahu has blind followers - tick. Netanyahu and his darlings are instigators of hate - tick. Netanyahu doesn't do agreements he only does half way every time - tick.

Says nothing, really, about why the country can't allow itself the democratic right to change any of the above and make for some proper direction, less paranoia, more rather than less democracy, and rid itself of religious domination.

All it says, in effect, is that we have a lousy government because we have blind followers whose tribal hatreds are being used to impose authoritarian government that invites wars, but doesn't want too many of them, that hates Hamas but doesn't want Hamas ousted, and that would allow a religious fanatic as a "war" rather than "defense" minister.

In short: carry on as usual with the "nothing ventured nothing gained" approach and all will be well.
5. Treat "Palestinians" as victor treats vanquished foes
Chaim ,   Israel   (08.21.18)
Israel has nothing to gain and everything to lose by an agreement with "Palestinians". It is insane to pursue such an agreement. It would cost Israel:

* Jerusalem
* Judea
* Samaria
* Freedom from constant terror
* Freedom from rocket attacks throughout our state
* Our viability as a state. It would turn Israel into a 9 mile wide concentration camp. This is obvious to any child capable of reading a map.

Israel defeated our mortal "Palestinian" foes decades ago. The true path to peace is to treat them as a victor treats their vanquished foes. Stop madly supporting and pampering "Palestinians" and help them leave our land. Most of them want to go!
6. Too many of us Israelis behave& vote as if we've committed
(08.22.18)
some shameful act by returning and claiming this land.
Too many of us have internalized the falsehood of "stolen Palestinian land" as if there is some grain of truth to it!
If you have even an ounce of doubt before the battle you will surely end up losing the war.
Even our present, "rightist" (in name only) govt is just beginning to scratch the surface of things that need to be done in order to win& prosper in our Land of Israel vs the neighboring Arab/Islamic hordes!
7. If you tell big enough lies .....
Bertram ,   London, UK.   (08.27.18)
..... and keep repeating them, people will come to believe them (not my words, as everyone knows). Despite their despicable origin these words appear to describe the continual flow of nonsense from the Israeli alt-right and their fellow-travelers. What continues to surprise me is how anti-Israel the right-wing is. Of course, they project this onto anyone who disagrees with their views in order to portray themselves as true patriots. So, in the spirit of Orwell's '1984', conservatives are viewed as liberals and liberals are labelled as conservative. It's a funny old world.
