existence, but the transportation angle is a disaster. Such a tiny country and we haven't got proper trains zigzagging our landscape, no underground public transport in Tel Aviv, only endless roads, totally congested from dawn till late evening.... Very narrow, political squabbles have brought us to this. I used to frown at traffic in Cairo....a third world country, look at us Tel-avivians now!
We know why a jewish state would not want to build on saturday, so why can't they build on other days. It's a jewish state no? When in Israel, do like the jews do. Why call the land Israel then? Call it palestine or something else and tolerate jews like some countries try to do. You've gotta be kidding right? If you apply some foresight, you will see that the haredeem are right in this case.
You did what that nation told you. Can't be open sunday, then you closed on sunday. Now that you don't have another nation ruling you, you want zero rules. Will not even respect your G-d. Ain't that sad and pathetic? But if you will not keep sabbath, remove Israel from your title. No need to highjack and redefine that title. No clue what you are doing and whom you fighting.
