1. ICJ's rulings are binding?
But it has no power to enforce them? That's called believing two opposite things at the same time. The ICJ is pointless at best, and corrupt and pointless at worst. It doesn't matter what their "ruling" is. The fact that they will actually hear the case proves they're corrupt, and the U.S. should use its ruling for toilet paper.
