Who cares that Eurovision on Shabbat hurts Deri.
Eurovision has nothing to do with him and his beliefs. Eurovision has been around for a long long time. Why didn't it bother him when Eurovision was elsewhere.
It is not a Jewish event, not even an Israeli event, it is an international event. Deri simply does not have to participate or attend or watch tv.
