The United States are not the United Nations. If the national interest of the United States really are threatened by a very dangerous Syria, the United States have a right to meddle in Syrian affairs, to save humanity and humankind. Otherwise it is more or less the task/job of the united Nations organization, if (almost) all member-countries agree with or without an allied and international force. Of course at first it is the right of the Syrian people, to decide, what happens/will happen in Syria.
