What a fool he is. Nobody wants to attack Russia. He couldn't give the place away if he tried. So what's he do? Spends billions on military equipment that will never be used.

Too bad he's not man enough to say, "Enough of this waste of money and manpower. We will defend our country. The rest of the world can go to hell. Our soldiers and ships are coming home. We will become known for the world's best hospitals, best universities, best tourism, lowest taxes, and most personal freedoms. We will protect Russia. Anyone fool enough to attack us from without or within will be eliminated. That's all I'm going to say."

That is the 64K question, they write great literature, compose great music, are (partly) immensely cultured but something, somewhere deep inside their "soul" is pathologically distorted.
