The dissemination in the media of hate words against religious minorities is a criminal offense only comparable to an evil pestilence that every day is infecting healthy people.
I thought that the toponym Malaysia meant "Land of Mountains", but this morning a new meaning has been revealed to me:
Malaysia means MALAISE, infirmity or pestilence.
It's said that Saint Rock, a 14th-century French nobleman, nursed victims of the plague until he also contracted it and died. He was venerated in many cities of Europe as a defence against any kind of malaises, especially after his invocation put an end to the horrible pestilence of Constance in 1414.
In a time like the present, when every month sprout unknown diseases that antibiotics can no longer fight, it would be a good precaution for Kuala Lumpur to start building places to venerate Saint Rock.
