...been settled, as refugees ought to be in all countries of refuge. Hence, there is no need to have the UNRWA in our country, including in our capital city of Jerusalem.

The way to destroy UNRWA is for the US to give its UNRWA funding to the UN High Commission for Refugees ( UNHCR ) that shows we are committed to helping the Pals but in a different way and try and convince other countries to make their contribution to UNHCR instead and then UNRWA will gradually find countries loosing political support for it and financial. So far all Trump has done is cut US funding to UNRWA but if the money was given to UNHCR it sends the message US does care about the Pals wellbeing so better for his image and he will help but through another agency.
