1. Death Sentence
Eileen ,   Kiryat Ono   (10.10.18)
WIth all due respect and deep condolences to the family...capital punishment should not implemented in Israel. Aside from moral arguments regarding death sentence by a nation, there has been no proof from the countries that do apply capital punishment, that it has a deterring effect. And more specifically against terrorism in Israel, it can become just the opposite - becoming either another channel for martyrism or a certain death sentence to any of our soldiers/citizens captured who might now be held for prisoner exchanges. Sentencing terrorist to prison might not satisfy a need for revenge, but it is the best alternative we have considering all the options.
