Giving this money to charity is for lack of a better word, a Mitzvah.

I love Israel, I love Judaism but I also am a strong supporter of free speech. Period.

Boycotts are peaceful ways to resist something people don't support and they are respectful political activity.

Even though we don't like it, others have issues with Israeli policies.

Even some Israelis.

Even some Jews.

I would never boycott Israel, but in a democracy it is anothers right and the most important right of a free people.

The fine still stands, they can't visit Israel and for the Jewish lefty, that's a real blow, imagine being banned form your own country. And if that doesn't bother her, well we don't care either. If she has even a modicum of Jewishness it will bother her and bug her and eat into her. Her superficial bravado is just that bravado.
