Both countries behave as they rule the world/humanity/humankind/international community as dictators and masters. The pot calling the kettle black. They both are guilty and responsible. For example their behaviour in the United Nations Security Council, together with China, England and France, permanent members with veto-right, is a flagrant violation of human rights, treating (the) other countries/people(s) as their slaves, servants and inferiors. .Also they have a seat in the United Nations General Assembly, while other countries only have a seat in the UNGA. That is also one of the reasons the United Nations Organizations achieved nothing since 1945, since it"s start in New York City, US, with their shperes of influence. In general they founded the/this United Nations Organization, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Josef Stalin and Winston Churchill. They both spy eachother and meddle in their internal affairs. Both have their arsenal of (nuclear) weapons and commit cyber-war. Our planet and humankind can be destroyed with it several times. That can really be considered as ridiculous overkill. Because they defeated Italy, Germany and Japan during World War 2 in 1945, they have no right to treat other countries in that way forever, even in 2018. If my own country behaves in that way, I also would be very critical about that. That is why I stay, in this case, completely neutral, unbiased and impartial.
