If Jordan wants to renege on provisions of the treaty, perhaps it is time to reassess even more provisions. There is plenty that could be improved. For one, the entire concept of having them forfeit claims to the West Bank is entirely too convenient for them, and strategically problematic for us. (Israel). There should be some confederation of the Palestinian controlled West Bank with Jordan, and this must be on the table. Simultaneously, their claims to the Temple Mount should be re-examined as well. They have been irresponsible custodians, and should be cut out entirely from there.
