The plan ,or idea, to develop the Naharayim site, which I know well , is a good one in theory ,there is nothing wrong with ambition and trying to make money,on the contrary it is a good quality for men to have. The problem here is persuading the other side i.e. the jordanians to agree with this proposal which they have apparently rejected . This might be for the best because Naharayim is a nature site and does not need to be perhaps ruined by development.
