Has the Palestinian police ever launched an investigation into Palestinians who attacked and killed Israelis? I'm pretty sure that the answer to the question is no, that despite factual evidence showing Palestinians have murdered well over 1000 Israelis there has never been a single investigation, let alone arrest or conviction, of Palestinians by Palestinians. The question for B'Tselem, of course, is that if they are a "human rights" organization concerned about "human rights" in the "occupied territories" - why is it that they are looking only at Israel? Why does B'Tselem reject the UN doctrine of Universal Human Rights and thus treat all human rights violations equally?
The answer to that, of course, is that B'Tselem is not a "human rights" organization. They are a pro-Palestinian lobby group since they don't even offer more than token lip service to Palestinian human rights violations against Palestinians.
No, this has nothing to do with the case in this article, but it has everything to do with it given the blatant anti-Israel bias of organizations like B'Tselem couple with the obvious blind-eye B'Tselem has regarding Palestinian war crimes and human rights crimes.
