The Golani Druze cant sit on the fence when on the one hand they are enjoying religious, political and personal freedoms, social services and prosperity as part of Israel and on the other hand fly the flag of the enemy whose record on taking care and protecting Druze Community interests in Syria has been shameful!

Israel set up a field hospital on its side of the Golan to treat Syrian refugees.
After they were healthy again they of course had to go back to Syria but when they got back to Syria they could not tell anybody that they had been treated in Israel otherwise they probably would have been killed because the committed the terrible crime of asking Israel for medical help.
In wars injured POWS can without shame accept medical treatment from enemy soldiers they had been trying to kill but for the Syrians innocent civilians could not accept medical help from Israel and tell anybody if they don't want to risk their lives.
