1.Cut back on weapons, blood money and general military spending and channel to rebuilding infrastructure
2.Negotiate together with international community DIRECT funding for additional water and electricity provision
3.Mobilise all Gazas labour resources both skilled and unskilled to a national rebuilding programme
4.Negotiate easier movements of goods and people between Gaza and West Bank for intra Palestinian trade and better societal cohesion
5.Open up Gaza for building of second homes and holiday homes to Palestinians from West Bank and diaspora
