How do so many rockets get launched without the launch teams first being noticed and targeted? I thought the IDF had dozens of drone operators who do nothing but fly over Gaza. Are they all on vacation?

Why aren't land-based versions of the Navy's Phalanx installed along the border? If Iron Dome doesn't intercept the rocket, another layer is needed. The LPWS (Land Phalanx Weapon System by Raytheon) is a hyper-speed radar controlled machine gun.) It's the last line of defense for every large Navy ship in the US Navy. The land version is necessary for protection of the south. Why hasn't already been installed? What in heck does the government do?

The damn systems could have been bought with all the money that went into private pockets on the submarine deal. THAT'S why everyone who gets convicted of bribery or kickbacks need to spend AT LEAST 10 years behind bars and have their government pensions revoked. As a nation, we need to admit we made a huge mistake and remedy it. The only solution is to retake Gaza permanently. This applies equally to our South Lebanon Security Zone and every part of Judea and Samaria we insanely fled. Israeli retreats and concessions are the root cause of virtually all our serious problems.

Not just against Hamas, but also against Bibi and his government. If Israel does nothing governments around the world will be pleased that Jews are being killed and if Israel actually gets tough, and that means bombing civilian populations, those same world leaders will denounce Israel. Since no matter what Israel does it is a no win situation, the administration must realize it's first duty is to defend the country and citizens with enough force as to strike fear into the hearts of the enemy.
