Its not gender that matters its willingness to compromise which the PA have been unwilling to do for 25 years which is why Israel has seen 5 PMs come and go without any real progress.
We need somebody young that is looking for a political solution because that means accepting compromises and does not consider themselves to be a revolutionary because revolutionaries do not compromise.
Be interesting to see how a woman handled it but at the end of the day its attitude to the conflict and peace process that's most important.
